Gathering our client’s desires for their project is the first step and serves to guide the design process. Gordon works with the clippings or images the client may have collected over the years that expresses their personal desires, what they like (or dislike), and what they envision their project to be.

We use the standard AIA contracts between owner and architect. These contracts are the backbone of the architectural industry and are widely used and accepted as the norm of practice for architects. They provide a clear outline of the architectural process, its related terms and conditions, and the responsibilities of both the owner and the architect.
